St. Paul United Church of Christ

St. Paul United Church of Christ is a church that feels called to social action and social justice. We feel that our community is in a time of change and transformation. As such we need to help administer this change in a productive way that demonstrates compassion to all those that are affected and effected.

 

The call is ours because the gospel tells us to be compassionate to those in need in our society. We believe that people become needy because they are not able to effectively manage change.

Therefore the mission of our church is:

 

With Jesus Christ as our cornerstone,

we strive to welcome all.

Empowered by the Holy Spirit,

we will reach into our community and beyond,

through worship and service

to address the needs of others.
